and then diet. i mean loose the weight n fats all ove. exercise mmg out aku kan rajen. wikends time aku nak p xle, naek turun tangga pranoid jatuh. hahahah. that can be done runnin up n down the stairs tp mls. so diet. act bole ja mkn byk5! as long exercise. hehh. so cut down rice. thats the main ting dlu. so wtever i mkn. il go half dlu ok. then a quarter. then no rice for a week. but oh but m considering rice i mean tht special nsi ari selasa. see la how. so more lauk aka no ciken la fish n sayur n sup. ya knw. i knw ! i shud tke sup n rice cmpur skli. n just totaly mkn ja the lauks. gosh. n kena mkn multivitamins. hurghhh.
