ni2..... kan ada kan appl en aloe vera. ada gak mixture cranberry n blackurrant isit? tah la. try la. sedap. hehe.. :D
yeah i have to go more to fruit juices, raw vegy, fruits. n thts al. n yeah oats. like iko n cornflakes.
n cut down my sugar n choco. n its so imposib. ok fine ice cream is stil in me. and il finish of the choco in the fridge. n i wont touch it anymre. the only thing id touch is skittles n dentyne. yes wen i mkn skittles, its like a drug. i jadi xsedaq., ahahhaha.. just leave me in one corner with skittle either its the ori or sour il b fine. :D
